
What is Pilates?
Pilates a low-impact workout that focuses on precise movement, control, and breath that aims to improve core strength, posture alignment, endurance. Each class encompasses the classical techniques originated by Joseph Pilates as well as a fusion of contemporary Pilates moves. This fusion and flow will build a long, flexible and strong body- from beginner to advanced. Each group class is suitable for all bodies, all levels as modifications are available throughout.
What to expect in class
Group classes are kept small at 6 students max to ensure fluid movement and correct form. Modifications are always available. We love to remind our students to honor where their body is that day- take modifications as recommended. Mat and props are provided- you always have the option to bring in your own.
Private sessions are 1:1 and we will utilize the reformer, tower, and mat throughout the session.
